Customer Feedbacks

For customer feedback I have created a questionnaire, as shows below on the images. I handed my questionnaire to a group of AS media students at the age range of 16-18. I did this in order to not get a bias result. As if I handed the questionnaires to my friends/peers, there is a high chance that they would not answer truthfully.
